  • Website usage information, such as pages visited, approximate visit times and referring pages.
  • Cookie or similar technology data, where such technologies are used.

ORANIUS does not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

ORANIUS may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for website functionality, security and user preferences. Optional analytics or marketing technologies will be used only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, after consent.

If optional cookies are introduced, visitors will be given appropriate information and controls through a cookie notice or consent tool.

6. Service providers and third parties

ORANIUS may use trusted service providers to operate parts of the business. Depending on the services activated, these may include providers for:

  • Website hosting and technical infrastructure.

Some service providers may process data outside Sweden or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, ORANIUS will use an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses, where required.

8. How long we keep information

Personal data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, tax, security and dispute-resolution requirements.

  • Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to manage the enquiry and related follow-up.
  • Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or the subscription is otherwise removed.
  • Transaction and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
  • Technical logs may be retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes.
