Clear rules for using ORANIUS.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the ORANIUS website, purchasing a product or accessing a related service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase its products.

2. About ORANIUS

ORANIUS is a brand of Exulta Group Holding AB. The company registration number and registered business address will be added when available.

3. Use of the Website

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes connected with learning about, evaluating or purchasing ORANIUS products and services.

You must not:

• Break applicable law or infringe another person's rights.

• Introduce malware, harmful code or disruptive technology.
• Scrape, reproduce or systematically extract content without permission.
• Use the website for fraud, abuse or deception.

4. Products and Digital Downloads

5. Orders and Payments

An order is accepted when ORANIUS or its payment provider confirms the purchase. ORANIUS may cancel an order because of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, a technical problem or another legitimate reason.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are normally delivered electronically through a download link, confirmation page, email or another stated method after successful payment.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining compatible software, internet access and device security. Contact support if a valid purchase is not delivered or a supplied link fails.

7. Right of Withdrawal, Refunds and Complaints

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract under Swedish and EU law. Special rules apply to digital content supplied immediately.

The right of withdrawal for digital content may be lost only when the legal requirements are satisfied, including the customer's prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost when supply begins.

If those requirements are not satisfied, mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

If a product is defective, unavailable, materially different from its description or not delivered as agreed, contact support@oranius.com. Mandatory rights to correction, replacement, price reduction, termination or reimbursement remain available.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, ORANIUS name and branding, text, graphics, videos, guides, downloads and templates are owned by or licensed to Exulta Group Holding AB and protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use or authorised internal business use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, upload to a shared library, remove ownership notices or use ORANIUS material to create a competing product without written permission.

9. User Conduct

When contacting ORANIUS or submitting information, you must not send unlawful, threatening, abusive, misleading, infringing or malicious content. You remain responsible for information you submit and confirm that you have the right to provide it.

10. Website Availability and Changes

ORANIUS may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or product range. Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Changes will not remove mandatory rights connected with completed purchases.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law. Where liability may lawfully be limited, total liability connected with a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

The website may link to services controlled by third parties. ORANIUS is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Review the relevant third-party terms before using those services.

14. Suspension or Termination

ORANIUS may restrict access where a user seriously or repeatedly violates these terms, threatens security, infringes intellectual property or engages in unlawful or abusive conduct. Rights and obligations arising before termination remain unaffected.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their country of residence where applicable.

Please contact ORANIUS first so we can try to resolve a complaint directly. Consumers may also have the right to refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or another competent dispute-resolution body.

16. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, operations or law. The current version will be published on this page with a revised date. Completed purchases will not be changed retrospectively in a way that removes mandatory rights.
